NOTD: Confettis Top Coat

L'Oreal Confettis Top Coat had been on my wishlist for ages, and just when I finally reconcilled myself to the nail polish not being avaliable in my country, I spotted it at a tiny drugstore next to my uni! I almost screamed with happiness when I saw it! It's true. You can ask my friend who was with me. I'm sure this top coat will be my faithful companion for the next few months.
