Catrice 'Rockby' Lip Balm Tint Review
Sandra
If you have watched my 'November Beauty Favorites' video, you probably already know how this review will go down. But if you haven't, well, I'm just gonna say it. This Catrice 'Rockby' Lip Balm Tint is flippin' amazing! I've been wearing it tons in the past few months and I don't see myself breaking up with it any time soon.
The shade is totally right up my alley, and the quality is equally amazing. I don't know if you've noticed, but there are two names describing this product - lip balm and tint. In my experience, these two formulas usually can't be found in the same product, because lip balms tend to be on the sheer and shiny side, while tints scream for matte, bold and long lasting. But when it comes to this product, the description makes total sense.
Catrice 'Rockby' Lip Balm Tint feels very creamy and moisturizing on my lips, but it also has a very strong colour payoff and lasts for ages on my lips. If I haven't convinced you yet to pick up this miracle in a pencil yourself, let me just tell you that this is the first bold lip product I actually wore outside my house and wasn't freaking out about it drying out my lips or getting smudged all over my face. I just love it! Unfortunatelly, I don't think it is still avaliable in the stores, because it was a part of the Matchpoint Limited Edition, but you can still get it online here.

MUD 'Magnolia' Lip Glaze Review
Sandra
A few weeks ago I received this MUD Lip Glaze to write a review for a Slovenian site called Click2Chic, and because I was so impressed with the product, I decided to write something about it on my blog as well.
If you know me, you're probably thinking I hit my head or something, because I usually HATE lip glosses. Why? They're sticky and I swear they make my lips look weird. This one, however, is an absolute gem!
The shade 'Magnolia' is a very pretty medium pink shade with tiny gold glitters that make your lips look fab, especially in the sunlight. I think it's one of those shades that suits every skin tone and is appropriate for every occasion.
Now, let's move on to the best part of this lip glaze - the formula. As you have probably already guessed, it is NOT sticky, which I think is the best part about it. I would describe it as hydrating, smooth, creamy and maybe just a tiny bit waxy. On lips it lasts about an hour, which is pretty average, and leaves your lips slightly shimmery once the actual lip gloss wears off.
All in all, this is definitely the best lip gloss I've ever tried. It is not the chapest one out there, so I'm glad that I got it for free, but I'm actually considering buying a few other shades, as such nice lip glosses are very hard to come across.
If you live in Slovenia, the lip glaze will cost you a little bit over 14€ if you buy it here on Click2Chic, and all you American ladies can get it here for $12.50.

Bourjois Color Boost Glossy Finish Lipstick Review
Sandra
Girls, I think I've found a dupe for the amazing Clinique Chubby Sticks (review here)! It's Bourjois' Color Boost Glossy Finish Lipstick. After being pretty disappointed with another supposed dupe - Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain (review here) - I didn't want to get my hopes up too high when I decided to give this lipSTICK a try, but it pleasantly surprised me.
It is just as moisturizing and buttery as the Clinique Chubby Sticks, it is not sticky, and it gives you a pretty glossy-like finish. The only difference is that this product is not as sheer. It's quite pigmented. It also has an SPF 15 and is supposed to be waterproof, which makes it perfect for summer.
The waterproof statement came as quite a surprise to me, because I'm not used to lip products being labeled as waterproof. You usually only see this when it comes to mascaras. Of course I had to test it out right away, so I put the lip product on and put my face under a tap. The things I do for reviews... Lol! Just kidding. No, but I really did put my head in the sink and poured water all over my face. So, how did my little experiment go? The lipstick really did stay on, but it felt quite waxy after and also didn't look too pretty. It was very patchy and just ewww.
The shade that I own is 'Peach on the Beach', and even though I'm totally in love with the formulation, I don't think I'll be able to wear it during the summer. It looked great on me a month or so ago, but now that I'm getting more tanned, it doesn't really suit me anymore. I wish I was able to swatch all the shades before I ended up purchasing this one, because I would probably go for something less orangey pink. I got it in France and they didn't have one single tester! You couldn't even see how the colours looked like in person, because every single product had its own cardboard/plastic packaging. Quite annoying to be honest. Are makeup products sold like that where you live as well? We just have them on stands and there are usually always testers, so you can swatch you life away!

L'Oreal 'Romy' Colour Caresse Wet Shine Stain Review
Sandra
Today I'll be talking about one of the products I picked up in France - L'Oreal Colour Caresse Wet Shine Stain in the shade 'Romy'. I've heard these products being compared to the YSL Glossy Stains, but I've never tried the YSL ones, so I can't really comment on that. What I can comment on, though, is the apparent dupe you can see in the photo.
Let's first start with the packaging. I LOVE it! It is very sleek and sturdy, it looks somewhat luxurious and I also like that you can clearly see the colour of the stain. I also like the applicator. It is flexible and has a lovely shape, which helps you to be precise with your application.
Now on to the actual product. If you've watched my little haul that I did in my Val Thorens Day 2 Vlog, you already know what my first impression was. I did not love it, not at all. When I first put it on it looked like nothing, so I was really disappointed. It blended in with my actual lip colour and I was not impressed. Luckily, my friend Lucia, also known as the GirlyFrame on youtube, who also owns this product, advised me to try to apply it differently. She told me to apply one layer, let it dry, and then apply another one. All I can say is, THANK YOU LU! Because of her tip, this product has become one of my current favourite lip products.
As I have said, 'Romy' is unfortunatelly not the most pigmented shade - the darker ones seem to be much better when it comes to that - but you can definitely build it up by using the just mentioned method. I do have one more thing to say about the colour, though. It oxidizes! It becomes darker after a couple of minutes on my lips. I still like it, but this is something that you definitely need to take into consideration when you're buying the product. As far as the texture goes, it is quite different from what I'm used to. It is very wet when you first apply it, but it gets creamy after a while. It is not sticky (THANK GOD!), doesn't dry out your lips, stays on for quite some time, and has a very nice, sweet smell.
Overall, I am a big fan of this lip product. I love how it gives my lips a glossy shine and makes them look a bit plumper without having to put up with annoyingly sticky or tingly lip glosses. I'll probably be buying a few extra shades! Have you maybe tried out this product? Do you also love it as much as I do?

Tony Moly '#3 Juicy Apple' Petite Bunny Gloss Bar Review
Sandra
I'm officially insane. Why, you ask? Because I now apparently buy make-up products just because of their cute packaging. But who could say no to this adorable little face, right?! Speaking about the packaging, I almost couldn't open this cutie pie! I'd been trying to pull the cap off for almost an hour and it just didn't want to cooperate with me. I honestly started to think that it was glued to the rest of the product, but then my dad finally managed to take it off.
Initially, I didn't really know what to expect from this Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss Bar. I haven't tried any Asian products before and I haven't read much reviews on them, so it was a bit of a risk getting it. But as it turned out, it's actually quite lovely. As expected, it is very lip balmy - sheer, moisturizing and a little bit glossy. It's one of those easy-to-work-with lip products I've been obsessing over lately. The only downside is its staying power. On my lips, it doesn't even last for an hour, but this is something that I find with every lip balm kind of product. By the way, I got this product in the shade #3 Juicy Apple here for a little over 4€ including shipping.

Revlon Lip Butters: Candy Apple & Raspberry Pie
Sandra
A few weeks ago, I showed you the 'Berry Smoothie' lip butter I like to wear on a day-to-day basis for school (review+swatch here), but I've just remembered that I still have to show you the two I picked up in London.
Like all the lip butters, they too are moisturizing and glide on your lips. The staying power is not that strong, but you can't expect too much from a lip balm-ish product anyway. The pigmentation, however, is pretty amazing! You can see the swatches below. The first one is 'Candy Apple', which is by the way my favourite lip butter out of the bunch', and the second one is 'Raspberry Pie'.

Revlon Lip Butter in Berry Smoothie
Sandra
This is the swatch of this shade. If you want to see how it looks like on my lips, you can check out my 'Cosmopolitan Blend Perfection Sponge Review' post.
P.S. The lip butters are now finally avaliable in Slovenia, yay! I keep buying more and more of them, so you can expect a few more 'Revlon Lip Butter' posts. :D
