L'Oreal 'Romy' Colour Caresse Wet Shine Stain Review
Sandra
Today I'll be talking about one of the products I picked up in France - L'Oreal Colour Caresse Wet Shine Stain in the shade 'Romy'. I've heard these products being compared to the YSL Glossy Stains, but I've never tried the YSL ones, so I can't really comment on that. What I can comment on, though, is the apparent dupe you can see in the photo.
Let's first start with the packaging. I LOVE it! It is very sleek and sturdy, it looks somewhat luxurious and I also like that you can clearly see the colour of the stain. I also like the applicator. It is flexible and has a lovely shape, which helps you to be precise with your application.
Now on to the actual product. If you've watched my little haul that I did in my Val Thorens Day 2 Vlog, you already know what my first impression was. I did not love it, not at all. When I first put it on it looked like nothing, so I was really disappointed. It blended in with my actual lip colour and I was not impressed. Luckily, my friend Lucia, also known as the GirlyFrame on youtube, who also owns this product, advised me to try to apply it differently. She told me to apply one layer, let it dry, and then apply another one. All I can say is, THANK YOU LU! Because of her tip, this product has become one of my current favourite lip products.
As I have said, 'Romy' is unfortunatelly not the most pigmented shade - the darker ones seem to be much better when it comes to that - but you can definitely build it up by using the just mentioned method. I do have one more thing to say about the colour, though. It oxidizes! It becomes darker after a couple of minutes on my lips. I still like it, but this is something that you definitely need to take into consideration when you're buying the product. As far as the texture goes, it is quite different from what I'm used to. It is very wet when you first apply it, but it gets creamy after a while. It is not sticky (THANK GOD!), doesn't dry out your lips, stays on for quite some time, and has a very nice, sweet smell.
Overall, I am a big fan of this lip product. I love how it gives my lips a glossy shine and makes them look a bit plumper without having to put up with annoyingly sticky or tingly lip glosses. I'll probably be buying a few extra shades! Have you maybe tried out this product? Do you also love it as much as I do?

L'Oreal Caresse Lipstick: Tempting Lilac
Sandra
The Tempting Lilac lipstick is the newest addition to my L'Oreal Caresse family. I fell in love with this collection back in July when I bought my first three shades (you can see the swatches and read the review here), and I have a feeling that there will be plenty more shades jumping in my shopping baskets in the future.
Unlike my other three shades, Tempting Lilac looks very soft and natural. It's that sort of a 'your lips but better' color with a gorgeous pink undertone. It goes on quite sheer, so it's perfect for casual occasions. The color itself is definitely buildable, but don't expect it to look any near bold.
Like my other Caresse lipstick, this one too feels very lip balmy. It glides on your lips and feels very moisturizing. The only downside is that it doesn't stay long on your lips, so you have to re-apply it every hour, but that doesn't really bother me to be honest. Have you tried any L'Oreal Caresse lipsticks yourselves? Do you love them as much as I do?

L'Oreal Rouge Caresse Lipsticks Review
Sandra
I haven't done a proper review in ages, but I've recently discovered some awesome products I want to talk about, so you can definitely expect a few more review posts in the following month.
Today I decided to write a review of the L'Oreal Rouge Caresse Lipsticks that I picked up a few weeks ago. What made me decide to get them is the fact that they are being compared to Revlon Lip Butters, which I've been dying to get since they first came out. The Revlon Lip Butters, however, are not sold in my country, so when I heard that these L'Oreal lipstick are very similar, I of course had to get my hands on them right away.
I bought three shades: 203 - Rock 'n Mauve, 202 - Impulsive Fuchsia, and 301 - Dating Coral. First of all, I really like the packaging. It doesn't look cheap like most drugstore packaging does, and it even reminds me of the gorgeous YSL lipsticks.
I've heard that the Rouge Caresse Lipsticks are cathegorized as tinted lip balms, so I expected them to be much more sheer than they actually are. As you can see on the photo below, they are quite pigmented and can be built up to look even more intense.
These lipsticks seem perfect for the summer. They come in several different summery shades, have a glossy finish and just glide on your lips. They also feel very moisturizing, but unfortunately, this feeling doesn't last long on my lips. The product dries out rather quickly, leaving my lips tinted but not moisturized, so I have to re-apply it at least every hour or so.
P.S. I'm not sure about the price in other countries, but in Slovenia, the lipstick costs about 12€.

Are you also planning to try this product out? What do you think about it if you already own one?
